Founder story
Built from first-hand experience navigating VA disability claims.
Chris led cloud transformation and automation programs throughout his military career. Every project underscored how confusing VA disability paperwork can be for transitioning service members.
After completing his studies at American Military University, he launched FastWebCreations LLC to prototype AI copilots that simplify government workflows. Those experiments became the foundation of VA Rating Assistant.
In 2025 he earned an AWS Lambda Hackathon win for building an AI-first pipeline that ingests documents, maps conditions to diagnostic codes, and produces transparent rating estimates.

Answering the most common trust questions
Who will see the documents I upload?
Only Chris (the founder) and anyone he explicitly authorizes to support your account. Files stay in encrypted S3 buckets with strict IAM policies and are deleted on request.
Is Chris available for direct consultations?
Yes. Book a walkthrough via the contact form or request a LinkedIn Live office hour slot if you want to talk through a complex claim scenario.
How is this different from working with a VSO?
We do not replace accredited VSOs. VA Rating Assistant provides education, calculators, and document prep so you show up to your VSO with organized evidence.
What security certifications are in progress?
Our stack already follows AWS Well-Architected guidance. SOC 2 Type I scoping is underway, and we publicly share milestones on this page.
